Conference Tote Programme
Three thousand delegate totes, printed, packed and delivered inside a four-week window.
Volume and deadline drove every decision. We selected a 16oz canvas already held in stock, locked the artwork to a two-colour screen print, and ran the print and stitching lines in parallel.
Bags were packed in counted cartons by registration desk, so the venue team could distribute without re-sorting.
